PRZI Studio Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with PRZI Studio. Here’s how we process and ship your order.
Processing Time
• Ready-to-ship sets: Ship within 1–3 business days.
• Custom sets: Need 5–10 business days to make before they ship.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting U.S. holidays.
• Processing times may run longer during holidays, sales, and other busy periods.
Shipping Methods and Times
We ship from Connecticut, USA, through USPS.
Shipping Method Estimated Delivery (after processing) Cost
Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) 3–5 business days $4.95
Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail) 1–3 business days $9.95
Free Standard Shipping 3–5 business days Free on orders of $50 or more
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added later.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update.
Incorrect Addresses
Double-check your shipping address before you check out. PRZI Studio is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided. If a package comes back to us, you’ll need to pay to have it shipped again.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
• After the carrier marks a package as delivered, PRZI Studio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
• If your package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then file a claim with USPS.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events we can’t control.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us at przistudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After we review it, we may send a replacement at our discretion.
All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. See our Return Policy for details.
