PRZI Studio Terms and Conditions

Welcome to PRZI Studio. When you use our website, social media shop, or buy any of our products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them before you place an order.
1. About Us
PRZI Studio is a small business based in Connecticut, USA, that sells handmade and custom press-on nails. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean PRZI Studio. “You” means the customer.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products
• Our press-on nails are handmade, so small differences in color, design, and finish can happen. These differences are not defects.
• Colors may look different depending on your screen or device.
• Product photos are for illustration only.
4. Sizing
You’re responsible for picking the right size. Please use our sizing guide or a sizing kit before you order. We are not responsible for sets that don’t fit because the wrong size was chosen.
5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and can change without notice.
• Full payment is due when you place your order.
• Applicable sales tax, including Connecticut sales tax, will be added at checkout as required by law.
• We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or limited stock. If we cancel, we’ll refund any payment you made.
6. Custom Orders
Custom sets are made to your specifications. After you approve a design and production starts, the order can’t be canceled, changed, or refunded. Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
7. Shipping
• Processing and shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided.
• Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or delays.
8. All Sales Final, No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. PRZI Studio does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds. Because press-on nails are personal care items, we can’t take them back for hygiene and safety reasons. This policy is clearly shown on our website and at checkout, and by completing your purchase you confirm that you’ve read and accepted it.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After we review it, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. See our Return Policy for full details.
9. Safe Use and Health Disclaimer
• Follow all application and removal instructions.
• Do a patch test if you have sensitive skin or known allergies, and stop using the product if irritation occurs.
• Don’t use the product on damaged, infected, or irritated nails or skin.
• Our products are cosmetic only and are not meant to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.
• PRZI Studio is not responsible for injury, allergic reactions, or nail damage caused by misuse, incorrect application or removal, or adhesives and tools from other brands.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, logos, branding, and content from PRZI Studio belong to us and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell them without our written permission.
11. Reviews and Customer Photos
If you send us photos, reviews, or tag us on social media, you allow PRZI Studio to repost and share that content for marketing, with credit to you where possible. Contact us if you’d like your content removed.
12. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may lead to a ban on future purchases.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent Connecticut and federal law allow, PRZI Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from using or buying our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
14. Privacy
We collect personal information, such as your name, email, and shipping address, only to process and ship your order and to communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information. Depending on your state, including Connecticut, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us to make a request.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.
16. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms stay in full effect.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they’re posted on our website.
